Products & specs

How do you rate capacity on poultry housing?

By the numbers experienced keepers use, not marketing math. For example: the Roll-Away Nesting Box is listed at the compartment count that is physically in the unit, and the Quail Cage System publishes its true cage dimensions so you can do the stocking math for your local rules. When a Steadrow number looks smaller than a competitor's for the same size, the square footage is telling the truer story.

What are the products built from?

Every product page names its materials plainly: galvanized steel and its construction, wood type and finish, panel and glazing type, mesh at the vents. Anchoring or assembly requirements that affect safety — like anchoring a greenhouse or shed to level ground before its first storm — are stated on the product page, not hidden.

How hard is assembly?

These are kits: panels, hardware, and instructions, sized for two people with household tools. Product pages state realistic expectations — a greenhouse or shed is an afternoon-plus project for two people; a nesting box is a wall-mount job. Read the product page's assembly notes before ordering; they are written to be accurate, not reassuring.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Parcel orders (nesting boxes, trellises, tumblers, accessories): 1-2 business days of processing, 5-7 business days in transit — 6-9 business days total. Oversized freight orders (greenhouses, sheds, large housing kits): 1-2 business days of processing, 7-12 business days in transit — 8-14 business days total. Shipping is free either way.

How does freight delivery work for the big stuff?

The freight carrier calls to book a delivery window, then delivers curbside on a liftgate — to the curb or driveway, not indoors. Check every carton before signing the delivery receipt and note any damage on it; that note is what lets us reship affected parts free and fast. The full walkthrough is in our Shipping Policy.

Do you deliver outside the United States?

No. Steadrow serves the United States only.

Orders, returns & refunds

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Yes — free of charge at any time before it ships. Email info@steadrow.com with the order number. Once the carrier has the box we cannot pull it back mid-route; from that point the 30-day return window below applies instead.

What is the return window?

30 days from the day the order arrives. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging, and returns need authorization first: email info@steadrow.com with the order number, and we reply with return authorization within 1-2 business days.

What if something arrives damaged or parts are missing?

Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items are replaced free — including all shipping — with replacements shipping within 2 business days of confirmation. You will not be asked to ship a whole kit back over one bent panel.

Are there restocking fees, and who pays return shipping?

There are no restocking fees. On a change-of-mind return the customer covers return shipping (for freight items we quote that cost up front, before you commit); when the return is our fault — damaged, defective, or wrong item — every cost is ours. Details: Refund & Return Policy.

Do you take bulk or multi-unit orders?

We do — schools, farms, and community organizations order in multiples regularly. Send the products and quantities to info@steadrow.com and we come back with stock, pricing, and lead time within 1-2 business days.
