Steadrow Wooden Duck House
The Steadrow Wooden Duck House is housing designed around how ducks actually live: a wide side doorway they can waddle through two abreast, an open single-level interior, and an elevated floor that stays dry when the run does not. The build is solid wood with a water-based paint finish in light gray with white trim, an asphalt-felt waterproof roof, and galvanized mesh at the vents.
Most duck houses on the market are chicken coops with new photos — perches ducks won't use, steep ladders they can't climb, nest boxes bolted a foot off the floor. Ducks need floor space, easy access, and serious ventilation, so that is where this house spends its material. Steadrow sells housing only, never live birds, and we publish the real floor dimensions so you can match the house to your flock.
Site it near the pool or pond but not touching it — ducks splash, and dry bedding is the whole game. The openable roof and removable base make the weekly clean-out a ten-minute job rather than an excavation, and the elevated floor keeps night drafts and runoff underneath the birds instead of around them. 30 days from the day your order arrives, no restocking fees, and anything that arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete is replaced free, shipping included. Change-of-mind returns need to be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging; return shipping on those is paid by the customer, and we will quote freight costs before you decide.
